We recommend using a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil massaging the abdomen or on the temples.You can also put few drops in the speakers or on an handkerchief near the pillow.
- Antiseptic and Antibiotic: useful against flu, coughs and colds. By inhalation, put a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil in a cup or a bowl of boiling water. Or swallow a teaspoon of honey with a few drops of essential oil.
- Soothing and Healing: apply a few drops on light burns, wounds, skin ulcers, eczema, inflammation and insect bites.
